“This is 50. No filter. No touching up. No makeup,” Milano wrote.

Actress and mother Alyssa Milano just reached a big milestone — her 50th birthday! The star celebrated the occasion on Monday, December 19th, and is feeling grateful to enter the new decade. She recently shared her thoughts with a fresh-faced birthday selfie on Instagram and a heartfelt, inspiring caption.
“This is 50. No filter. No touching up. No makeup. I will spend this day, the same as every day. I will move a little, love a lot, be of service, and count my blessings,” Milano wrote. “I’m happy to be here. Right here. Right now. In this time. In my time. In your time.”
Milano continued: “There’s still so much to look forward to! And you know what? It’s even been okay to look back on where I’ve been, where I came from, how far I’ve come, who came into my life, and who stayed. Thanks for all of your support and Birthday wishes. Let’s keep going.”
Friends and fans alike took the opportunity to wish the star a happy birthday. Fellow actress, Danica McKellar wrote: “Happy milestone birthday! You look marvelous. 😍😍😍,” while former supermodel, Paulina Porzikova commented: “Happy birthday beautiful! ❤️.”

From a “terrifying and traumatic” car crash Milano was involved in last year to suffering Covid-19 long hauler symptoms like hair loss and heart palpitations, the Who’s the Boss star certainly has been through a lot in recent years. We’re so glad Milano is celebrating the milestone birthday and sharing the love with her fans.
This isn’t the first time the Charmed actress has found gratitude in aging. Or, the first time she’s posted a “No filter. No makeup,” birthday selfie on Instagram. Two years ago, Milano posted a bare-faced pic, writing: “This is 48. No filter. No makeup. Just my skin that I’ve become super comfortable in.” She continued in the caption: “I’m just grateful for this life. My life. If someone told me that for the next life I get to choose who I come back as — I’d choose me again. Even with the heartache I’ve endured.”
