In the week between Christmas and New Year's, you never really know what day or time it is, especially if you're spending it somewhere tropical. For Sofia Vergara, it may as well be Summer.
On Thursday, December 29, the Modern Family star shared a mirror selfie of herself on a holiday getaway to her Instagram grid. In the selfie, Vergara, a master of beach vibes, is wearing a black bikini swimsuit. The bikini bottom has gold hardware, and the bikini top has an invisible band that gives the illusion that the top is just floating there, because why not?
"Playa brisa y mar🐟🐟🐚🐚❤️," Vergara wrote in the post's caption, which, according to the Instagram translator, translates to “Beach breeze and sea.” Still, it's unlikely she's stepping into those waves with her sultry smokey eye and pouty rosy matte lip.

Vergara's carousel also includes an outdoor snap of her husband Joe Manganiello excitedly holding up two water bottles (it must be nice to be somewhere hot right now! Personally I am cold).
