So today we bring you a recipe for cinnamon rolls that you can easily try at home.
The ingredients for making cinnamon rolls are as follows
prepare the dough
2 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
salt 1/2 tsp
3/4 cup milk
3 tbsp unsalted butter
Instant East 1/4 tsp
1 large egg

3 tbsp unsalted butter
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
Cinnamon powder 1 tbsp
make cream cheese
4 oz full fat block cream cheese
butter 2 tbsp
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract

How to Make Cinnamon Rolls
First prepare the dough
In a large bowl whisk together flour, sugar and salt. Then whisk together milk and butter in a heatproof bowl. Heat in the microwave or on the stove until the butter has melted.
Stir until the yeast dissolves. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients, add the eggs and make a dough out of it. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl. Let stand for about 10 minutes, then prepare the filling.
Prepare the filling for the rolls
After 10 minutes, cut the dough into long pieces about the size of your palm. Then spread butter on top. Cinnamon Mix the brown sugar together. Sprinkle it over the dough.
Then roll the dough pieces. Cut it into 10-12 equal rolls and place in a baking dish. Cover the pan with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or a clean kitchen towel. Bake the rolls for 60-90 minutes.
After the rolls have doubled in size, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Now bake for 24-27 minutes or until it turns light brown.
Prepare the icing
In a bowl, beat cream cheese on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add butter and beat, then add brown sugar and vanilla extract and beat.
Now using a spatula, spread the frosting over the warm rolls and serve immediately.
Cover tightly with remaining frosted rolls and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
