Hope Masonius scored 14 points to lead second-seeded Manasquan past seventh-seeded Toms River South 63-12 in the first round of the WOBM Classic at RWJBarnabas Health Arena in Toms River.
Manasquan (3-1) rolled early as it led 40-6 at halftime and allowed just one point in the first quarter. Manasquan continued its momentum in the second half outscoring Toms River South 23-6 and pitched a shutout in the fourth.
Meaghan Weatherstone led Toms River South (1-3) with six points.
Manasquan will face third-seeded Toms River North in the championship semifinals on Wednesday at 1 p.m.
Toms River South will face sixth-seeded Central Regional in the consolation semifinals on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
